I actually slept well last night. I'm going to battle at work to curb my boredom.

- mp3 player filled with six hours of podcasts (Sherdog.com, ScrewAttack.com, thebasketballjones.net)

- Books galore. Lance Armstrong autobiography, something about Shaq, something about a college basketball player I've never heard of. Plus, some Screech Owls books.

- My own books to work on any MMA ideas or Aeroball ideas I may have.

- Cell phone to text IF I am able to be sneaky enough. (Send me messages all day. Even if I can't reply, they will be appreciated.

- Nintendo DS if I am extra sneaky.

Hopefully this'll be a good method. The last two are only feasible if I feel I can get away with it. We shall see.

Everyone I care about is having a crappy couple of days. Why is this unfair?

I'm having the BEST couple of days.

Following my highly successful radio show on Friday, I called into Sherdog.com's radio show on Sunday night to discuss Nate Quarry's antics at the end of the fight with Kalib Starnes. Here is an audio clip from it:

This was such a fun thing to do, and I'd like to challenge others to do the same thing. Starting January 1st, 2008, create a small message of the day for each day of the year. If you forget a few days, you can go back and add them if you remember anything that happened that day. Try not to leave it, as it's harder to catch up. For those of you who wish to see the entire list, to try and figure out which quotes will go #1 and such, click here.

Anyway, here are quotes 50 through 46.

#50 - Quote #172, June 6th, 2007
Such a mediocre day all around.

The only reason this quote is on the list, is because ... it was the only day all year where absolutely nothing interesting happened. All the other 364 days had at least one eventful ... event. Alas, June 6th had absolutely nothing.

#49 - Quote #244, August 27th, 2007
I'n American English ... I always wanted to be an actor.

It was a blast when Katie was here to visit back in August, and this was her first full day at my house. We were laying on my bed, just talking about random stuff, when she brought up American English. I just said, "I'm American English." Moments passed, and she gave me a weird look. I then said "You know, I always wanted to be an actor." and she cracked up. In real life, I do this kind of humour all the time. I say something random, in a random role, and then kill it immediately. There are better quotes in here to represent the time Katie spent here, but I was amused that I never noticed the typo until today. Yes, the "I'n" has been there since August 27th. The only typo in the entire list, as far as I know.

EDIT: It was supposed to be "in"! Not "I'm". From Katie: "'And you said, "Well, in American English... ....I always wanted to be an actor.'"

This is the first "completely" random quote on the list. I had been watching some TV on this day, and was working on some e-fed stuff, when out of nowhere, I decided to listen to the TV. I heard some kid ask this, and the sitcom father started freaking out. It was hilarious at the time, and it still is.

RadioPSI at times can be hysterical. The first few quotes on this list are completely silly, and are here specifically for their random humour. This quote reminds me of the movie "Tommy Boy", although the quote from that movie is "Quit playing with your Dingie!" We were doing something on RadioPSI when this quote was said. Classy, isn't it?

The quotes near the top of the list are so much more meaningful, I promise you.
